Friday Favorites

Just some of my favorite things lately!

Weather Pup
This is the best free iPhone app I have ever downloaded. Puppies + the weather = necessity. You even get to pick a puppy theme! Mine was glamour, obviously.

Moroccan Oil
I got this as a gift for Christmas and absolutely love it. I don't know what it is, but Moroccan Oil works better than any other hair oils I've tried (Paul Mitchell skinny line, Chi silk infusion, Garnier sleek and shine etc.) Normally my hair is a HOT MESS after blow drying, but using this stuff helps with the frizz and overall craziness.

Easter Bunny
I got this glitter bunny at TJ Maxx because I thought its stick legs were hilarious. I showed Trent and he said "That's really creepy." Long hair don't care! I still love it!

Risotto from Trader Joe's
We found some Risotto with asparagus in the frozen section at Trader Joe's. I made it this week and was impressed with the calorie count- 1 cup for 170 calories. If I make Risotto at home it is twice that, but who is counting! I highly suggest this brand with a little fresh parmesan on top!

Victoria's Secret Boost & Hold Hairspray
This smells AMAZING and that's what I love most about it! Aside from scent, this is the most interesting hairspray I have ever used. The way it holds is more of a waxy feel, rather than stiff. I didn't like it at first, but now appreciate the flexible hold and the fact that it doesn't leave my hair "wet" right after spraying. I think it works great in humid weather because it weighs your hair down a bit. It is also "super model approved." I have no idea what that even means.

Threshold Red Fuzzy Blanket
We got this red blanket on clearance at Target a few weeks ago. We recently replaced our comforter with it because it is so soft and makes us happy. Gracie also loves it.

Cadbury Eggs
I forgot how much I love these things. So crunchy on the outside and smooth on the inside! Seasonal candy is the best.

Happy Friday! It is a big day for me- last day of work at Cerner and the start of a new chapter of life in Topeka!
