DIY no sew table runner

If there is one DIY project I want to stay away from, it's anything to do with fabric! Sewing, upholstery, knitting...I avoid it all!

Since I don't have a sewing machine, I found an idea online on how to create a no sew table runner.

What you need:
-Sharp Scissors
-Stitch Witchery (buy stitch witchery HERE, or at any craft or fabric store)

I bought about a yard and a half of modern duck fabric at Hobby Lobby. I like it because it's thick and durable.

Trent helped me draw a straight line a few inches from the unfinished edge to create the long, lean shape.

Here is it right after being cut. One edge is folded, the other open where I made the cut.

Cut a long piece of stitch witchery and place it between the long opening of the material.

Iron it on high heat. The stitch witchery will adhere to the fabric.

Next, fold the adhered edge over like this. Iron the edge so it stays put.

Place a piece of stitch witchery in between the material and iron again. Repeat these steps for the other 2 open sides of the table runner.

Cut the corner off like this to create a cleaner look.

Flip it over and you are DONE!

The perfect no sew diy project!
